Almond Powder Psyllium Husk Bread Air Fryer Recipe

This recipe has no flour, no eggs and no carbohydrates. It is full of fiber and helpful for relieving constipation.


Psyllium husk – 30 g
Almond Powder – 60 g
Baking powder – 2 g
Salt – 1/8 tsp
Water – 100 ml
Vinegar – 1 tsp

1. Combine psyllium husk, almond powder, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Whisk until thoroughly combined.

2. Pour water in a large bowl. Add the vinegar and the psyllium husk mixture and knead into bread dough.

3. Place the dough on a baking sheet and cook in the air fryer at 350 F for 15 minutes. 

Note: Drink plenty of water when eating this bread, as psyllium husk is very water-soluble and absorbs body water.
